The taste is VERY natural and tastes almost as if you were drinking the fruit itself. It's a lot less sweet than I imagined, it's not like drinking a fruit concentrate. It's refreshing, tasty, smooth and perfect for summer. If I had to describe the actual taste of Star Fruit for those who haven't had it, it's a cross between an apple and a pear. Think sweet apple and slightly tangy pear (although I wouldn't call this flavor "sour" by any means, but then again, it's not overly sweet). If you like fruit flavors true to how they taste, this is a perfect representation of Star Fruit. 10/10 honestly. One thing I will mention is that it's better to give a refillable scoop.

If you don't, you'll love it anyway. It's like 20% pear and 20% apple and 60% of something else, I don't know what it is. It's super refreshing. If you usually use a little over more than one scoop, I wouldn't do that with this flavor. It's not bad, but it's made to be mild and not super sweet. Over all my favorite flavors out of about 10 I've tried, this one is the top. I can't believe I was deciding between this and G FUEL Coffee.
